Description

Dew point calibration system is designed to verify and calibrate dew point meter, humidity sensor. The system is combined by a humidity generator and a 585 dew point mirror, capable of producing dew point temperature from -65℃ to +20℃.

The system provides dependable and long-term stable dew point output by approriate proportion of both wet and dry flow and control of moisture. 

The system features appearance, movable, easy operation, high precision and stability.

 

Configuration

  • Reference Hygrometer

The Reference Hygrometer is able to provide a reliable measurment of the calibration gas and offers comparison against humidity sensor, dew point instruments. The Reference Hygrometer measures the temperature at which condensation forms directly and provides repeatable, reliable results. It’s the most suitable for use as a reference instrument.

The Reference Hygrometer has a tracibility to be supplied with either a national standard, or SCS accredited calibration or NRC accredited calibration.

5850 has an auxilliary cooling system to reach a lowest -60℃ dew point temperature.

  • Generator

The Generator produces adjusted calibration gas. Preset dew point on the large LCD touch screen and generate desired dew point under general laboratory conditions can produce as low as -65℃ or even lower dry air/N2.

  • Auxiliary cooling unit

The 5850 dew-point calibration system is equipped with an automatic control auxiliary cooling unit, by which you can enable and disable according to the dew-point range of the equipment being calibrated.


Features and performance

Precision & versatility

Cold mirror condensation technology provides high accuracy, stability and repeatability of humidity measurement. The water vapor condenses in a temperature-controlled mirror, and the "dew point" is detected by advanced optical electronics. Since the dew point is related only to the concentration of the water vapor and not to the temperature, the measurement remains equally accurate at the full range of the instrument. The standard precision dew point meter with the Dew-point Calibration system is a 19 "mounted high performance instrument with a built-in measuring head, pressure sensor, sample air pump and flowmeter for continuous monitoring of frost/dew point and absolute humidity values.

Configuration of sample air tube

The sample tube of standard precision dew point meter can be configured according to the different needs of users. The measuring head, flowmeter and sample air pump can be respectively connected to the interface on the rear panel of the standard precision dew point meter by built-in pipes. This allows users to configure bypass flowmeters and sample air pumps when necessary.

Full color touch screen

It is equipped with a full color active matrix LCD screen with high contrast and wide angle for easy observation. Touch the button on the screen to view the standard SI units or non-standard humidity, temperature and pressure parameters at any time. Touch the screen to convert between large numeric characters or figures.

Dew/frost Point Determination

Standard precision dew point meter can measure dew point, frost point, relative humidity, and most other humidity parameters. The Forced Frost Point differentiates ultra-cool dew points and frost points based on a range of user-defined temperature Settings. After the user sets the temperature, the forced frost point function of the standard precision dew point meter is enabled, which will enhance the cooling effect on the mirror to obtain a solid condensation layer. This eliminates uncertainty about whether the measurement is a dew or frost point.

Self Calibration

You can verify the stability and consistency of the system at any time through the built-in freezing point test function standard dew point instrument.

The design of size, flowmeter, sample gas handling and compatibility of standard precision dew point meters provide users with the latest digital instruments with advanced user interfaces and improved functions.

The whole dew-point calibration system is installed in a 19 "cabinet with integrated design, beautiful appearance and moveability.
